If you would like to speak to a live agent, ShopSimon currently provides a call back service where you can leave a voice mail for the team describing your issue in detail by calling (888) 605-2801.
The team will then call you back Monday – Friday between 9AM – 5PM Eastern Time. All calls are returned on a first-come, first served basis.
Unfortunately, ShopSimon does not provide live phone support at this time.
